This service is designed for patients or couples seeking assessment of specific treatment aspects, fertility check-ups, or a fresh perspective on their journey. Common examples include: - Reviewing a treatment plan issued by another doctor/clinic - Interpreting the outcome of an investigation - Accessing medical literature about a specific topic - Seeking advice on potential add-ons to their treatment
Online Consultation Policy
1. You can cancel or reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hrs before the start time. 2. The latest you are allowed to book a consultation is 12 hrs before the starting time. 3. Cancellations of less than 24 hrs before the consultation or no-shows will be charged a 100% fee. 4. If you cancel your consultation, allow us 10 working days to reimburse your funds.
