ABOUT ME
-
With over 14 years in Reproductive Medicine, I'm an active member of SEF and ASRM. I trained at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital and worked at Institut Marquès in Barcelona, managing the pharmacy and co-leading donor programs. We achieved success rates over 50% with advanced techniques like IVF, ICSI, PGTA, and egg donation.
-
In 2017, I became Clinical Director at SIMS IVF Cork, where I launched a local egg donation program with a 60% pregnancy rate. I also developed a new approach for low ovarian reserve patients based on POSEIDON classification and pioneered DuoStim protocols in Ireland.
-
In 2020, as Medical Director of Repromed Galway, I improved success rates across low- and high-complexity treatments, optimized time-to-treatment KPIs, and enhanced outcomes for fresh and frozen embryo transfers. I also led the transition to a paper-free clinic.
-
In 2022, I joined SIMS IVF as Clinical Director and became Group Medical Director in 2023. I led the standardization of medical practices across six clinics, fostering strong leadership and team engagement.
MY EXPERTISE
Treating Low AMH Patients

Treating low AMH patients in IVF/ICSI/PGTA cycles is highly challenging, with no one-size-fits-all protocol. A tailored approach, reviewing previous attempts, medications, and outcomes, is essential to design a strategy aimed at achieving a healthy baby.

Understanding the limitations of these techniques is key to managing expectations and optimizing resources—physical, emotional, psychological, and financial.
Treating Patients With Low Prognosis

Using POSEIDON stratification, I develop tailored strategies for patients with poor prognosis to maximize success.
Often, key factors like hypo response, suboptimal response to gonadotropins, and ovarian sensitivity are overlooked, leading to repeated cycles with inadequate adjustments and compromised outcomes.
Treating Patients With PCOS

PCOS affects around 20% of women of childbearing age in Ireland and is a common cause of infertility. A deep understanding of PCOS is essential for effective treatment. Proper preparation is crucial to obtaining high-quality eggs and maximizing success.
